At Chain of Hope, we believe every child deserves access to life-saving cardiac care, no matter where they are born. Today, we’re proud to partner with jewellery designer Jenny Palmer on a special collection that helps turn that belief into reality.
At the heart of this collaboration is a shared vision - combining beauty with impact. Thanks to Jenny Palmer, they've created a collection that not only celebrates the beauty of their designs, but also directly supports children in need of life-saving heart treatment.
With 30% of every purchase donated to Chain of Hope, each piece sold helps fund vital surgeries, medical training, and care for children across the world.

The collection features seven elegant designs, each inspired by the symbol of the heart. These pieces are more than jewellery, they represent hope and a second chance for a child.
Clarke Palmer is a sustainable jewellery brand committed to thoughtful craftsmanship and responsible sourcing. Each piece is made to order to minimise waste and ensure care at every stage. All jewellery is designed and handmade by Creative Director Jenny Palmer.
Since our founding in 1996 by Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub, Chain of Hope has helped mend the hearts of children from 43 countries, building partnerships with hospitals and training local healthcare teams to deliver sustainable cardiac care. This collaboration comes as we celebrate our 30th anniversary.
Every year, millions of children are affected by heart disease, and many lack access to the treatment they urgently need. Your support helps us bridge that gap.
This is more than a collaboration, it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. Every purchase contributes to a future where no child is denied the care they deserve.
