‘In memory’ donations are a positive way to celebrate a life whilst helping Chain of Hope to make a difference to the lives of future generations.

Long after the flowers have faded, donations made in memory of a loved one live on. They allow us to keep providing cardiac care to children around the world who might not otherwise have access to the treatment they so desperately need.

Make a donation in memory of a loved one

If you would like to make a donation in memory of a friend or relative, you can Donate Here  with a message about your loved one if you wish. You can also make arrangements through a funeral director if you would prefer.

Requesting donations in your memory

If you would prefer donations to floral tributes, it is a good idea to let the executors of your will know of your wishes, or to include it in the details about your funeral.

Create a tribute page for donations

Another way to give in memory is to create a personalised donation page through Just Giving – simply choose Chain of Hope as your charity and then select the ‘in memory’ option to create your page.
