From 10th - 15th February, the Saatchi Gallery in London hosted the second instalment of Chain of Hope’s Share Your Heart exhibition and auction - a six-day celebration of creativity, compassion, and community. The exhibition featured 90 unique heart‑themed artworks, all donated by leading artists, celebrities, and children who have received life‑saving treatment through Chain of Hope.
The opening evening welcomed more than 200 guests for an exclusive private viewing and live auction attended by Chain of Hope’s Founder and President, Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub, and the exhibition’s curator and Chair of the Share Your Heart Committee, Maria Sukkar. Notable supporters in attendance included Dame Zandra Rhodes, Dame Maureen Lipman, Nitin Ganatra, Phillip Colbert, and Nadiya Bychkova, among many others.
The Share Your Heart campaign featured a remarkable collection of heart-themed artworks donated by renowned artists and celebrated public figures to support children suffering with congenital heart disease. Contributors included:
Shaggy, Olivia Colman, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Yomi Adegoke, Duncan James, Tom Allen, Alison Hammond, Aitch, Fatboy Slim, Dame Lesley Lawson, Nabil Nahas, Chris Levine, Catalina Swinburn, Nadeen El Rashidy, among others.
A particularly important feature of the exhibition was the inclusion of artworks created by children who have undergone life‑saving heart surgeries through Chain of Hope with their pieces offering a powerful, personal expression of hope and resilience. One of those who contributed was 13-year-old Romalik from Jamaica. Romalik received life-saving treatment on our mission to Jamaica in January of this year. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Romalik can now look forward to a happy and healthy future.

Across the week, both live and online auctions inspired enthusiastic bidding from supporters eager to own one‑of‑a‑kind pieces while supporting Chain of Hope’s cause. Thanks to this extraordinary generosity, the Share Your Heart exhibition raised over £180,000.
Chair of the Share Your Heart Committee, Maria Sukkar, expressed her heartfelt thanks to every artist and supporter involved, highlighting the profound difference their generosity will make to children living with heart disease.
Funds raised from the exhibition will directly support Chain of Hope’s mission to deliver life-saving cardiac surgeries, essential medical equipment, and critical training for healthcare professionals in developing countries.
Chain of Hope sends its thanks to all artists, guests, and supporters who contributed to the tremendous success of the Share Your Heart exhibition. The event not only showcased remarkable artistic talent but also highlighted the powerful impact that compassion and philanthropy can have on transforming children’s lives around the world.
