HR Owen Inaugural Charity Shoot raises vital funds for Children with Heart Disease

On Friday 7^th October 2022, luxury car retailer, H.R. Owen Group, held their first ever charity shoot in support of Chain of Hope.

The shoot was held at Purdey at the Royal Berkshire, with teams representing H.R. Owen’s various manufacturer partners taking part in a day of competitive but friendly activities to help raise money for children with heart disease.

The day concluded with a lively charity auction hosted by Master Auctioneer and long-term Chain of Hope supporter, Lord Jeffrey Archer.

In total, £35,000 was raised, with H.R. Owen Group generously donating a further £20,000 to bring the total to an incredible £55,000.

Mr Ken Choo, H.R. Owen’s Chief Executive said:

“For many years H.R. Owen has been a great supporter of Chain of Hope, sharing their incredible life-saving work with our customers and helping to raise vital funds for children all over the world. Once again, the generosity of our customers leaves us incredibly humbled, raising £50,000, which allows Chain of Hope to complete one ‘mission’, delivering life-saving treatment to 12 young children without access to specialist cardiac experts.”
