DCD Awards 2023 raises vital funds for Chain of Hope

On 06^th December 2023 the DatacentreDynamics (DCD) Awards raised over £40k for children with heart disease.

This is the 6^th year Chain of Hope has been charity of the year for the DCD Awards. We thank the team at DCD for their commitment to making a difference in the lives of children with heart disease.

Rebecca Davison, Global Head of Events at DatacentreDynanics said;

"Supporting Chain of Hope has become a staple of the DCD>Awards over the past six years, and is always a highlight of the evening for our team and all the attendees. Chain of Hope has such an important mission, and it's beautiful to see everyone in the room rallying together to help save children's lives year after year."

A special thanks to our phenomenal Ambassador, Konnie Huq whose impassioned speech at the event ignited a spark of hope in every heart. She told the over 900 guests that;

"Your contribution at this event last year helped significantly in allowing the charity to conduct over 438 cardiac procedures on children suffering from heart disease.

But there are still so many kids out there who desperately need our help. And with the ongoing conflict in the middle east and elsewhere, that list is growing. Our volunteer medical team just got back from Jamaica, saving hearts and spreading hope."

At Chain of Hope we are grateful for every contribution that helps us bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
